335 Washington St, Woburn, MA 01801. We’re open 7 days a week.

What are your store hours?

Our store is open from 9 AM - 9 PM daily. Online orders can be placed 24/7 but pick up time is 11 AM - 8 PM daily and delivery orders are delivered the next day unless opted for same day delivery for an additional fee.

Can I order fresh produce and frozen items online?

Yes! All produce, dairy, frozen foods, and perishable items are available online. They are packed and delivered with care.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is a minimum order amount of $40 for in-store pickup. For delivery orders, the tiered minimum order amount is based on distance:

Can I request a specific brand?

Yes, you can add brand preferences in the order notes at checkout. We’ll do our best to fulfill your request or contact you with alternatives if the brand is unavailable. However, we will only provide the products which meet our standard requirements as our mission is to provide the best quality at the lowest rate.

🚚 Pickup & Delivery
Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We normally offer next-day delivery across the Greater Boston Area. A same-day delivery option is also available, with a minimum order requirement that varies by distance from the store. For details, please contact our customer service team during business hours at +1 (781) 730-8189, or reach out within 1 hour of placing your delivery order.

Is there a cutoff time for same day delivery?

Yes, orders placed before 3PM are eligible for same day delivery. Priority delivery charges may apply.

How does in-store pickup work?

Place your order online, choose a pickup time slot, and collect your order at our Woburn store without waiting in line.

Is there any fee for in-store pick up?

A small $2 convenience fee is charged.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders over $249. A small delivery fee of $10 applies to orders below that value.

Can I schedule a delivery time?

Yes. During checkout, you can choose an available time slot for pickup or delivery.

Do you always deliver to the door?

We may not always be able to deliver to your apartment door due to access issues and parking restrictions. Our driver will call you or message you while delivering in the lobby of the building. Also you may receive an automatic text message before our driver arrives at your place.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

Due to the high perishability of some of our items, all orders need to be picked up by the end of the business day (9PM). Please inform us if you are running late so we can adequately store the order.
Any abandoned orders by the end of the business day will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the final total before processing the refund to the credit card used within 7-10 business days.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. EBT and SNAP are currently accepted in-store only

Do I need to create an account to order online?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save preferences, and reorder quickly.

Can I apply coupons or promo codes online?

Yes. You can enter valid coupon codes at checkout. Look out for exclusive online deals!

🔄 Returns & Order Changes
Can I cancel or change my order? Yes! You can cancel your order for a full refund if you do so within:
2 hours of placing a pickup order
6 hours of placing a delivery order
Cancellations made after these windows may incur a 30% restocking fee to cover preparation costs.
To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support at +1 (781) 730-8189 - changes will be reviewed and accommodated on a case-by-case basis. .

What if an item is out of stock?

We’ll contact you to confirm replacements or issue a refund for unavailable items.

How do returns work for online orders?

Perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable but our customers should rest assured that we have built our reputation for delivering the best quality products at the lowest rates. Non-perishable products can be returned or exchanged in-store within 7 days with a receipt.

How do I get a refund?

To request a refund, contact our customer support team within 2 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) in question. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Do you have a rewards program?

How can I use a coupon code?
